  I believe that the relationship between client and clinician is an important one for treatment to be successful. My approach uses a variety of techniques from theories including CBT, Person-Centered and Solution-Focused work. I pride myself on providing a trusting, comfortable and confidential environment for everyone that I work with in order to aid clients in understanding not only themselves but also their issues more thoroughly to work through the issues that may be troubling them.

 

     My past work in outpatient mental health has allowed me to work with children, adolescents, adults and families from many different socioeconomic backgrounds, most commonly dealing with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, as well as chronic mental illness and substance abuse.
