I am a licensed Mental Health Clinician with experience in multiple mental health disorders, including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Substance abuse, Conduct Disorders, amongst others. I have worked with all age groups, including children and adults. Previous experience includes Individual counseling, Family therapy, group counseling, and therapeutic mentoring. I am also bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.

    As a Mental Health Counselor, my role is to guide you through different life challenges and help you achieve your ultimate goal. I firmly believe that every problem has a solution, and together we can solve any challenge that may arise. I offer a judgment-free environment where clients can fully express their concerns and feel understood and heard. My approaches consist of cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
