Starting therapy is a courageous step, and it can lead to greater clarity, emotional balance, stronger relationships, and more effective coping. While growth through therapy isn’t always immediate or guaranteed, meaningful progress often comes from a collaborative, engaged process– and that’s where I come in. 

 

As your counselor, my goal is to provide a supportive space where we can work together to better understand the challenges you’re facing and explore ways to navigate them. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, I’m here to help you connect the dots between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

 

I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence based approach that focuses on shifting unhelpful thinking patterns, trying out new behaviors, and developing practical tools for emotional well-being. But above all, I tailor our work to you– your needs, your pace, and your goals. 

 

It’s a privilege to collaborate with you as you move toward greater self-awareness and lasting change. I look forward to working with you.
